New faster road links to Cork make Pembroke/Rosslare the easier access route to Ireland's South-West, Irish Ferries claim.
Irish Ferries is targeting motorists travelling to Cork and Ireland’s South West with a campaign promoting its two return sailings every day schedule between Pembroke and Rosslare.
Stressing the convenience of the service, with four sailings a day, Irish Ferries is also underlining the speed and low-cost fares on offer.
Taking only four hours per crossing, the service brings Ireland closer with a highly attractive Early Booking Offer fare from £89 one way for a car and two passengers, that’s up to 33% off. Each additional adult pays just £23 extra each way and there’s no need for the expense of onboard cabin accommodation.
Once in Ireland, new, improved, faster road links from Rosslare - which now by-pass Waterford and Youghal - mean that Cork city and the south-west is closer and quicker to reach than ever before.
In the UK, Irish Ferries’ sailings to Rosslare are from Pembroke on the south-western tip of Wales, close to the M4, making it the ideal port for those travelling from London and southern England.
Operating the route is the luxurious and reliable cruise ferry, the Isle of Inishmore, whose onboard facilities include a choice of restaurants and lounge bars, cinema, shopping and a host of other features. Also available at a £16 supplement is Club Class accommodation which guarantees express boarding for motorists, reserved lounge with complimentary drinks and snacks, complimentary newspapers, an exclusive lounge bar for drinks and meals, plus discounts on many items in the on-board shops.
