Terms and Conditions of Use

Tesco Reward Tokens can be used as full or part payment against standard motorist or motorcycle fare bookings on our Irish Sea and Ireland/France services or as payment against cabins, caravans, dormobiles, campers, trailers, car derived vans [CDV's] and vans up to 2.6m high and up to 6m long and upgrades to Club Class on our Irish Sea services.

Tesco Reward Tokens cannot be used as full or part payment against Minibus or Coach fares, Inclusive holiday packages, Foot-passenger,Sail/Rail, Landbridge or Group fares.

Booking must be made at least 10 days in advance of travel and Tesco Reward Tokens must be received by Irish Ferries 5 working days after the date of booking. Tesco Reward Tokens not received on time may result in the cancellation of the reservation.

Tesco Reward Tokens cannot be used as payment at the port.

Reservations must be made within the 6-month validity period of the Tesco Reward Tokens – the ferry trip does not have to be taken within this period.

Irish Ferries cannot refund Tesco Reward Tokens if the value tendered is greater than the cost of the ferry crossing

Your e-mail confirmation is your travel document and is valid for travel once your reward tokens have been received by Irish Ferries. If you cannot print the confirmation, you can simply quote the booking reference at check-in.

All bookings made using Tesco Reward Tokens are subject to Irish Ferries terms & conditions of travel and to the Fare Rules on the booking.

Tesco Reward Tokens cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotional scheme ( Frequent Traveller, Shareholder) or offers (special offers, sale fares etc)
